A stunning pattern evoking a West Coast breeze rippling along the surface of the Pacific Ocean at the tideline in the summer. The sun creates a shadow of the ripples on the sand just like this. It's mesmerizing.
This shawl was created using a roll and scrunch resist technique and then hand-dipped twice in natural indigo. It is a very light cotton but a generous size, allowing it to be used as a shawl, scarf, wrap or sarong, all year long. It's perfect for traveling as well, as it packs down small and dries quickly. Try it as a curtain, table cloth, or wall hanging. So many wonderful options!
Size is approximately 110 x 228 cm (43” x 90”).
Hand wash separately in cool water and a neutral ph soap. Hang or lay flat to dry. Indigo will share its colour a little at the beginning and rub off on your skin or other garments.
